Russian MP Death Case: The post-mortem report of Russian lawmaker and businessman Pavel Antonov indicated that Antonov died of internal injuries after the fall, while his co-passenger Vladimir Bidenov died of cardiac arrest, police said on Wednesday (December 28). CMO Lalmohan said that Bidenov’s viscera has been preserved, but not Antonov’s. Lalmohan Routray said that the postmortem report has already been handed over to the police. The viscera will be sent to the Forensic Laboratory in Bhubaneswar.

Meanwhile, on the instructions of the Director General of Police, the CID crime branch team is scheduled to visit Raigarh on Wednesday (December 28) to investigate the mysterious death of two Russian nationals. Apart from this, DIG (south western range) Rajesh Pandit inspected the hotel in Raigarh where Russian citizens were staying.
